1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PeopleStock ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Platform Description

PeopleStock is a social trading platform that allows users to buy and sell virtual shares representing public figures and celebrities. All trading is conducted using cryptocurrency on the Ethereum blockchain.

3. Trading Rules

• • All trades are final and cannot be reversed
• • Share prices are determined by market demand and supply
• • During bonding phase: 90% goes to creator, 10% to platform (initial fundraising)
• • After bonding: 5% total fees on trades (2% platform, 3% creator)
• • Users must connect a compatible Web3 wallet to trade
• • Minimum trade amount is $1.00 USD equivalent

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• • You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • You may not manipulate prices or engage in fraudulent activity
• • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent trading limits

6. Prohibited Activities

• • Market manipulation or coordinated trading schemes
• • Using bots or automated trading systems
• • Sharing insider information about public figures
• • Harassment or abuse of other users
• • Attempting to hack or exploit the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PeopleStock, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PeopleStock or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Platform Fees

• • Bonding Phase (Initial Fundraising): 90% to creator, 10% to platform
• • Post-Bonding Trading Fees:
• - Platform fee: 2% of transaction value
• - Creator fee: 3% of transaction value (goes to verified profile owner)
• • Gas fees: Paid directly to the blockchain network
• • Withdrawal fees: May apply based on network conditions
• • Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice

10. Limitation of Liability

PeopleStock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeopleStock operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
